The objective of the Professional Categories, Career and Evaluation working group is to establish the professional categories, develop a career plan, and conduct an evaluation plan for the research staff.

Mentoring program
Mentoring is a process that facilitates the exchange of experiences, knowledge, and skills between a mentor and individuals who require their development. The mentor will facilitate the professional growth of individuals who are nearing the completion of their academic pursuits or embarking on their initial employment or entrepreneurial ventures.
