Albert Feliu Soler

Researcher Albert Feliu Soler graduated in Psychology from the Ramón Llull University in 2004 and in Biology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) in 2008. He is a health psychologist and a PhD in Health Psychology from the UAB (2014). He conducted his doctoral thesis on "Characterization of the Limit Disorder of Personality and the effects of mindfulness" at the Hospital de la Santa Cruz and San Pablo.
During 2019 he has completed a postdoctoral stay of three months at the London School of Economics and Political Science thanks to a mobility grant from the ISCIII.
Dr. Feliu is also an associate professor at the UAB (Department of Clinical Psychology and Health) and a mindfulness instructor in different institutions of private and public sphere.
Since 2015, he has been a postdoctoral researcher at the PSSJD Research Unit (currently under contract "Sara Borrell" of the ISCIII).
He participates and leads different studies of psychometric validation of instruments of the field of chronic pain, affective disorders and mindfulness. He coordinates the study Ultreya (www.estudiocamino.org) on the effects of pilgrimage on the Camino de Santiago on variables related to mental health and well-being.
