
Ignacio Aznar Lou
Investigador post-doc
Researcher Ignacio Aznar Lou graduated in Pharmacy in 2014 from the Universidad San Jorge de Zaragoza and obtained his PhD in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona in 2017.
In recent years he has carried out postdoctoral stays at Southern Denmark University (Denmark) and the University of Lisbon, where he studied various techniques for assessing population drug use and evidence review.
He is currently working on several projects related to the analysis of large real world databases in the fields of pharmacoepidemiology and pharmacoeconomics.

Dementia cases could triple by 2050 if countries do not address the risk factors
According to a study published in The Lancet Public Health, the number of people with dementia could triple by 2050. This study is conducted by an international research team with the participation of Dr. Ai Koyanagi and Dr. Jacob Louis of Epidemiology of Mental Disorders and Aging from IRSJD.
