The researcher Mireia Félez Nóbrega has a degree in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2006). She later completed his Master's Degree in Neuroscience from the same university (2012) and in 2017 she received his Doctor of Public Health degree from the University of Vic-Central University of Catalonia.
She did a pre-doctoral stay at the Center for Cognitive and Brain Health (Department of Psychology, Northeastern University, USA) where she studied the effects of physical activity and sedentary behaviour on the brain and cognition.
Since 2018 she has also been a collaborating professor at the School of Nursing of the Sea (Parc Salut Marc, Pompeu Fabra University).
