Objectius

(EM)POWER YOU(TH) is an innovative model for combating Islamophobia based on changing narrative frameworks by including young Muslims in the European public debate. Through a co-working system, together with young Muslims aged 18-30, we will analyse islamophobic and xenophobic discourses that target this social group and their communities. Subsequently, we will co-create new narrative frameworks to combat Islamophobia by seizing the public debate. Finally, we will train young people to help them to become opinion leaders and (EM)POWER YOU(TH) will facilitate their access to media and other spaces of influence. We propose resources and tools for the empowerment of these target groups to identify intra-group discriminatory practices and generate internal transformation processes and progress in equality.

Objectius

N.E.A.R. to Guardians general objective is to increase the networking, exchange of good practices, and knowledge sharing, amongst various relevant actors across the EU on reinforcing effective guardianship with the aim of ensuring full access of basic rights and
potential of UASCs, focusing in key areas for integration such as housing, working inclusion and education, in 5 EU Member States
(Italy, Spain, Greece, Slovenia and Belgium). Target group will be the guardians of UASCs and the relevant actors providing support to guardians, such as public administrations
and institutions, ministries/authorities for children or social affairs, international organisations, social services responsible for housing,
labour market integration, education.
Main project activities will be: a collection and exchange of good practices, including study visits, on effective guardianship to UASCs in the key areas of housing, labour market integration, education, in 5 MS (WP2); a training curriculum focused in the key areas
mentioned above, and an e-learning platform and digital library for guardians and relevant stakeholders (WP3); 4 local working tables (in Italy, Greece, Spain, Slovenia) to consolidate methodologies and strengthening local networks, and the creation of a “Sister cities
Network” and a “Manifesto for Inclusion” which will ensure the continuation of the comparison and exchange activities over the years. A set of tailor-made awareness raising activities, advocacy, dissemination and communication measures (WP5) will be carried
out to maximize the project results.
The expected impacts are: a reinforced capacity of institutions involved in reception, protection and guardianship, and of guardians, in protection of UASCs; a better dialogue among different groups of society, institutions and local authorities on effective
guardianship; an increased level of inclusion and protection of young migrants in host EU society; increased visibility of guardianship across all MS.

Objectius

There is a clear gap in the adoption of paediatric healthcare innovations which continues to hinder the access to such innovations.
Demand-driven policy instruments offer the possibility to overcome market failures and allow risk sharing between co-owners and
investors. These include Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) and Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP), Value-Based Procurement
(VBP), and Social Impact Bonds (SIBs).
Such demand-driven funding instruments have the potential to reduce the adoption gap in paediatric healthcare. However, these
innovative funding tools are rarely used to support paediatric innovation adoption.
This limited adoption of demand-driven funding tools can be attributed to several barriers which are specific to paediatric healthcare,
such as the perceived high-risk and complex nature of bringing paediatric innovations to market, fragmented regulatory pathways
and market access, limited market demand (low numbers of patients) and perceived small impact. Additionally, there is poor
awareness, knowledge and understanding of demand-driven tools, which results in their underutilisation.
The i4KIDS-LEGACY project will create a holistic innovation action plan in paediatrics to ensure optimal implementation and
utilisation of demand-driven innovation financing instruments to support the adoption of paediatric innovation in a coordinated
manner across Europe.
The project will:??
1) Identify demand-driven financing instruments and mechanisms for paediatric health.
2) Collect data on the needs and challenges in the adoption of paediatric innovation.
3) Develop working groups to ideate solutions that address the needs and challenges identified.
4) Collaboratively build a European action plan to catalyse the use of demand-driven tools for the adoption of paediatric innovation
solutions.
5)Promote cross-border adoption of paediatric innovations using financial instruments.

Objectius

Here's a concise summary of the GLIOMATCH project:The GLIOMATCH project aims to improve clinical outcomes for glioblastoma (GBM) and paediatric high-grade glioma (pHGG) patients by enabling immunology-based patient stratification to personalize immunotherapy selection and track treatment efficacy. Given the heterogeneity and plasticity of these tumors, past clinical trials have largely failed, and biomarkers for predicting and monitoring immunotherapy responses remain scarce.
GLIOMATCH will integrate spatially resolved single-cell multiomics data with non-invasive MRI imaging, creating an MRI Radio-multiomics hub for clinicians. This tool will allow for patient stratification, therapy matching, and real-time treatment monitoring.
The project will analyze the largest immuno-oncology-treated GBM/pHGG cohort (n>300), matched controls (n>300), and long-term survivors (n~140) to understand how tumor-host interactions influence immunotherapy responses. A UNCAN-compatible data lake will facilitate continuous data collection and machine learning model refinement, further advancing precision medicine and novel therapeutic strategies.
