The Cancer Research Institute (CRI) Immuno-Informatics Postdoctoral Fellowship supports outstanding early-career scientists worldwide who seek to develop dual expertise in immunology and data science to advance cancer immunotherapy research. This programme funds hypothesis-driven, basic or translational research that integrates immunology with computational biology, data science and "omics" technologies to address critical questions about the immune system's role in cancer. Projects should clearly articulate how the proposed work will bridge biological and quantitative sciences, leverage innovative technologies and contribute to closing knowledge gaps in cancer immunology. The fellowship provides 3 years of support with structured mentorship and opportunities such as the CRI Bioinformatics Bootcamp, fostering the next generation of interdisciplinary leaders in cancer immunology and computational science.

Applicants must have a doctoral degree by the date of award activation and conduct research under a sponsor with formal appointment at the host institution (assistant professor or higher).
· Projects must be directly related to immunology or cancer immunology and relevant to solving the cancer problem.
· Applicants should have no more than 5 years of relevant postdoctoral experience at the time of award start (MD residency years excluded).
· Applicants typically should not have spent ≥3 years in the sponsor's laboratory before fellowship start (exceptions are rare).
· The fellowship must be performed at a non-profit host institution in the United States or abroad; no citizenship restrictions.
· Only one fellow per sponsor may apply per cycle, and a sponsor may have no more than three CRI fellows concurrently.
· Resubmissions are permitted provided the application shows improvement.
