CINNAMON focuses on understanding and improving the use of medicines in children by bringing together researchers, clinicians, regulators, industry, patients and other stakeholders involved in paediatric medicines development, regulation and use.
The call supports activities that contribute to the objectives of the Action, including:
- Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSMs) to strengthen collaboration, acquire new skills and share expertise across participating institutions.
- Young Researcher and Innovator (YRI) Conference Grants.
- Inclusiveness Target Country (ITC) Conference Grants.
- Dissemination Grants to increase the visibility and impact of research carried out within the network.
Funded activities should contribute to CINNAMON's work on generating evidence for safer and more effective use of medicines in children, promoting collaboration across disciplines and countries, and strengthening capacity in paediatric clinical pharmacology and medicines research.
Objective: To advance collaboration, capacity building and knowledge exchange in paediatric medicines research and innovation across Europe.

- Applicants must be participants in the CINNAMON Action.
- Short-Term Scientific Mission (STSM):
- Primary affiliation to a legal entity located in a COST Full or Cooperating Member country, a COST Near Neighbour Country, or a European RTD Organization.
- Visit to a host institution located in a different country from the applicant's country of affiliation.
- Minimum duration of 5 calendar days, including travel.
- Young Researcher and Innovator (YRI) Conference Grant:
- Applicant must be under 40 years of age.
- Primary affiliation to a legal entity located in a COST Full or Cooperating Member country, a COST Near Neighbour Country, or a European RTD Organization.
- Inclusiveness Target Country (ITC) Conference Grant:
- Primary affiliation to a legal entity located in an Inclusiveness Target Country or COST Near Neighbour Country.
- Dissemination Grant (DG):
- Primary affiliation to a legal entity located in a COST Full or Cooperating Member country, a COST Near Neighbour Country, or a European RTD Organization
