PRECISEU is a Horizon Europe initiative aiming to strengthen interregional innovation ecosystems in personalised medicine, reducing fragmentation and boosting collaboration across territories through a competitive open call for Joint Interregional Projects (JIPs). Projects are expected to have a genuine European/interregional logic (complementary partners, credible innovation pathway, and alignment with personalised medicine priorities). The call funds Innovation Action-like projects focused on deep-tech innovation in personalised medicine, typically TRL 6-8, under two technical topics: advanced therapeutics and health data for personalised medicine (projects may address one or both, if justified). The procedure is single-stage, with proposals submitted in English via the PRECISEU website.
Objective (as defined in the call): to accelerate the development, validation or implementation-readiness of personalised medicine solutions, with an emphasis on accessibility/affordability, stronger regional innovation capacity, Europe's positioning in advanced therapeutics/health data, and interregional knowledge transfer.
