The Theodore Million Grant  in Personality Psychology  is supported by the American Psychological Foundation (APF) and administered by the Society of Clinical Psychology (SCP)  which represents Division 12 the American Psychological Association (APA). The mission of SCP  is to represent the field of clinical psychology through encouragement and support of the integration of clinical psychological science and practice in education, research, application, advocacy and public policy.

The Theodore Million Grant in Personality Psychology is available annually to fund research to advance the science of personality psychology  including the areas of personality theory, personality disorders and personality assessment. Preference is given to work that improves the study, development, and the delivery of personality assessment.

The grant has a value of $5,000.

Restrictions: APF does not allow institutional indirect costs or overhead costs.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be graduate students or psychologists with an EdD, PsyD, or PhD.
