Hilari Andres Mora

The researcher Hilari Andrés graduated in Nursing in 1991 from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and received his Diploma in the Creu Roja University Nursing from the Sant Joan de Déu University School of Nursing in Terrassa in 1994.
 
From 1994 to 2017 he worked as a Nursing Assistant in the area of Mental Health (Hospitalization and Community Reintegration Units - Case Assertive Treatment - Case Management) of the Sant Joan de Déu Health Park (PSSJD) Barcelona.
 
From 1997 to 1998 he did the Theoretical and practical postgraduate course in psychiatric nursing and mental health at the Sant Joan de Déu University School of Nursing in Barcelona.

Between 2004 and 2005 Postgraduate team transdicipline clinical trajectories by the University School of Nursing Sant Joan de Déu Barcelona. Final project work "Clinical trajectory of the Limit of the Personality Disorder"

In 2006, he was the Founder and until 2009 president of the API (Professional Nursing Association) of PSSJD Barcelona.

In 2010, he became a Specialist in Mental Health by the Ministry of Education in Madrid.

Between 2010 and 2012 he was an Adviser to SCISAM (Catalan Society for Mental Health Nursing).

In 2011, he was the Winner of the 13th National Prize for Nursing Research (University Hospital Marquès de Valdecilla - Santander). Validation of the Scale of Prevention and Risk Assessment of Violence (EPERV-55) in Severe Mental Disorder (TMS).

Between 2013 and 2017 he was the Individual Project Coordinator (CPI) of the person in the Individualized Services Program (PSI) of Cornellà, in charge of assessing the care needs, prioritizing the therapeutic and rehabilitation goals to be achieved, establishing the health and social services to be mobilized and the estimated duration of their use.

2013 he was the Winner; Free communication 3rd prize for scientific and technical quality. Validation of the Violence Risk Prediction and Assessment Scale (EPERV-55). 5th Conference of Mental Health Nursing of the Community of Madrid and XXIX Conference of Nursing of Sant Joan de Déu.

2014 was a Finalist in the Assistance Management Modality for People. Chronic Patient Complex Pilot Program (PPCC) in Mental Health (PSSJD). 5th edition of the Union Management Innovation Awards.

In 2015, he won the Prize for the best experience of the 5th Health Plan Day of Catalonia. "Pilot Program for Comprehensive Chronic Patient Care in Mental Health." Ministry of Health of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

From 2016 he is an Adviser and Member of the Expert Committee of the project "Activate by mental health" (Mental Health Project Catalonia, VEUS Federation, Government of Catalonia http://activatperlasalutmental.org/). Specific participation in the contents of the web (Take care of your SM, Empowerment, rights and duties, Glossary, Recovery, Resources and library, Tips to support, Advance Decision Plans, Recovery Manual and wellness self-management).

In 2017, he received the Certification of the experience "Pilot Program for Complex Chronic Patient Care in Mental Health". Catalan Agency for Health Quality and Assessment (AQUAS). Ministry of Health of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

From January 2017 to the present day he is the Community Nursing Supervisor of Mental Health and the Coordinator of the Individualized Services Plan (PSI), the Continuity of Care Program (PCA) and the Management of Complex Cases in Mental Health in the community and mental health prison setting.

Between the years 2018 and 2019 he did the Postgraduate course in security and quality of care and legal by the University of Barcelona and the Sant Joan de Déu Teaching Campus (Barcelona).

He is currently Director of the Master's Degree in "The Value of Mental Health Care" given at the Sant Joan de Déu Teaching Campus (Barcelona).
